Thanksgiving

What a great holiday! A time to reflect on the previous season. A time to gather as families. A time to stop and remember, and be thankful.
Gratitude is a choice, and I have noticed that the more I choose to be grateful, the happier my day is.

I stumbled across this quote today, and I love the words of it.

Both abundance and lack exist simultaneously in our lives, as parallel realities.
It is always our conscious choice which secret garden we will tend... when we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives but are grateful for the abundance that's present -- love, health, family, friends, work, the joys of nature and personal pursuits that bring us pleasure -- the wasteland of illusion falls away and we experience Heaven on earth.
Sarah Ban Breathnach

What a great quote! This Thanksgiving Sunday I choose to focus on the abundance in my life.
I am rich with:

Happy kids
A best friend and husband
Loads of love
Laughter in large doses
Loving parents
Fantastic relatives
Mountains that speak majesty every day
Opportunties to succeed everyday
Music
Friends
Fun colleagues
Laughter
A car to drive and money to buy gas
Health
Hope and....................love

Aloha Cheryl.. Worship is indeed the spirit I myself strive to be in daily..I know it is the worship that I continue to find hidden treasures revealed, and my eyes are opened to see, and my heart to recieve, and my soul refreshed.

My husband and I are also worship leaders in ministry together and miniter in music and we are also on the praise team at our church. I enjoyed visiting your site and will be back.. Lorie
