A New Day - A New Perspective

Well, the official 21 Day Reformation is over, and yet it is just the beginning of a new way of life for me.

God has been speaking to His Bride for a while now about what we focus on , and what we speak about. Everyone that I have talked with lately is being transformed by His mighty power.

I believe that if we choose, we are on the precipice of a brand new season.

I have been meditating for over a month now on judgements. They come in various forms. Self judgements, judging peoples hearts, motives and actions, judging God and why He does what He does, etc.
It all comes from not really knowing and believing His love and the truth of His word. This inability is formed when we are children, and have learned a lense to percieve love.

After focusing for 21 Days, I am even more aware of my great need of Him, of His transforming power, and my need to understand and recieve the fullness of His love as He perfectly intended it for me.

"And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit."

I love the picture!! I need to have Holly or Rhonda over to help/teach me how to jazz up my blog....so far I've figured out how to enter blogs....and that's about it. But for me this was a HUGE step as I'm somewhat computer challenged. Look out though, with a few lessons I just may become a pro at blogging! lol

Matt just called here. He sounds so grown up and mature!! It seems like just yesterday that he and Derek were trashing our homes while we drank coffee or painted - those were the days!! I still remember the hours of clean-up afterwards.

Cheryl,
I think it is a new way of life for me too. I am finding myself saying and doing things that I wouldn't perviously have done.
Nothing big...just little, everyday things. Like speak with a neighbor or knock on someones door while out taking my Shyla for a walk. (did I mention I love my dog?!)lol
Day after day I am hearing God's voice, encouraging me to be His light at my workplace and to choose to forgive before anything even happens. Then love them anyways.

One of my most common prayers when I don't understand a person a situation or what God is doing has become:
"Lord help me to see Them/the situation through your eyes....I want to see what you see"
Amazingly, it works...I usually am given opportunity to see things as He does....then it is so easy to accept the things and people we don't like.
Continue to help us see Lord...
Love

Ah yes Shari, good memories!

I'm still cleaning up after Mattie, but his voice has dropped dramatically, he has grown 2 shoe sizes in 2 months, and I think he still has a lot more growing to do.

He and I often laugh at his cracking voice. So glad he got to talk to you.
