Remembering Love

I LOVE Christmas time!
Last week I decided to go through all our photo albums and make a collage of various Christmas photos, starting with the first Christmas with our first child, and moving through the years from there.

Its good to look back and remember. What I wouldn't give to go back and relive the Christmas's past with my 3 sweet babies.

We all face challenges, but Christmas for me, now, more than ever is a time where we can remember and choose to focus on the "good gifts" in our lives. Its a time to celebrate love, life, and family.

Its a time to cherish love... the great love of God - and that He gave His only son. Its a time to cherish the great love that we get to experience every day.. through Him and through others.

This year, I remember with a heart filled with gratitude.
I remember the love and joy of my kids at Christmas.
I remember the love of my family and friends.
I remember His unending love and acceptance of me.
I am rich... because I am loved.
It is the greatest gift.

I love the memories of Christmas as well Cheryl....such a special time of year and I have always enjoyed the wonder and majesty of ALL of Christmas....I still love all of the beauty, bright lights, wonder and the true majesty of Christmas....It can really bring out the best in all of us. I love people watching in the malls this time of year too. I see someone who may look like they are having a difficult time, and I offer up a prayer...or the busy mama, looking a little stressed, or the elderly person who might be lonely.

Then there is the glow of excitement in the children's eyes....I love it...even in the busyness!

Your pictures are precious!

It doesn't take a photo to remind me of ALL the messes D and Matt could do in a matter of minutes!! Those two could leave a lasting impression. Kevin's Mom will still talk about their escapades at her place. LOL

The years go TOO quickly.. I'm learning to savor the moments with our kids as all too quickly they have grown up.

Love seeing the pictures. Give Lindsay a birthday hug from us.

Ah yes, I keep trying to look younger, but........

Yes Matt and Derek sure could tear up a room in a hurry... not much has changed for Matt... he still finds creative ways to mess up rooms....

Great Pics Cheryl. Sarah R. has always told me that she thinks Matt was the cutest baby boy she has ever seen! ;o)

I would have to agree that Matt was the cutest baby ever..... now he's still cute, and this could be a problem.
